Production
Manufacturing Facility
A production sequence built around steel strip, corrugation, precision cutting, inspection, packaging and international dispatch.
01
Raw material handling
Incoming steel strip is received, identified and released to production after material verification. Traceability is maintained from coil to finished bundle where the quality plan requires it.
02
Corrugation
The corrugated profile is formed to produce the sheath geometry specified for the order.
03
Laser cutting
Ends are cut for dimensional consistency and connection quality. See the burr-free cutting notes on this page.
04
Quality control
Incoming steel verification, in-process dimensional checks, surface review, coupler compatibility checks and packaging inspection form the standard control sequence. Specific test limits are not published here; they belong in the quality plan issued for the order.
05
Packaging
Products are stored and packaged under appropriate conditions until shipment. Identification, bundling and transport preparation follow the dispatch procedure. Packaging method for a given order is confirmed at quotation.
06
Dispatch
Loading sequence is planned against the transport unit.
Burr-Free Laser Cutting
Burr-free laser cutting
Precision cutting is treated as part of connection quality — not as a cosmetic extra.
