Quality

Test & Quality Control

A linear control flow from incoming steel to dispatch. Limits and acceptance criteria are defined in the order quality plan — not invented for the website.

Process

Control flow

  1. 01

    Incoming Steel

Verification that released strip matches the scheduled thickness.

  2. 02

    Material Verification

Traceability from incoming coil to finished bundle is maintained to the extent defined in the quality plan. Marking and delivery-ticket content follow EN 523 documentation requirements when that standard is invoked.

  3. 03

    Production Control

Profile continuity and forming consistency along the produced length.

  4. 04

    Dimension Verification

Diameter / flat dimension and length checks against the production order.

  5. 05

    Surface Control

Visual review for handling damage or forming defects relevant to use as a sheath.

  6. 06

    Final Inspection

Coupler / duct pairing check where couplers are part of the supply.

  7. 07

    Packaging

Identification, bundling and protection before release to dispatch.

  8. 08

    Shipment

Material and production documents collated as specified for the order.
