EN 523 and EN 524: what they mean in sheath specification
EN 523 defines the product and quality framework; EN 524 defines test methods. Capacity classes follow the manufacturer’s production classification.

Published steel thicknesses are 0.40 / 0.45 / 0.50 / 0.60 mm. Weight per metre is listed with size and thickness.
In the DUSO round sheath programme, steel thicknesses are published in the 0.40–0.60 mm range. Published flat-sheath thicknesses are 0.40 and 0.45 mm. Values are manufacturer data.
Weight per metre is shown in the technical table together with the diameter/dimension pair and thickness. Use the published row-by-row matrix rather than a generic catalogue range.
If a non-standard thickness or size is required, add the tendon and grouting requirement to the RFQ. Numerical tolerance claims are issued only with project documentation.

Round sheaths are cylindrical. Flat sheaths are produced from a defined round diameter where depth or tendon layout is constrained.

When transport volume, programme or remote location make factory supply impractical, the machine goes to site and sheaths are produced on the project.
