EN 523 and EN 524: what they mean in sheath specification
EN 523 defines the product and quality framework; EN 524 defines test methods. Capacity classes follow the manufacturer’s production classification.

Round sheaths are cylindrical. Flat sheaths are produced from a defined round diameter where depth or tendon layout is constrained.
Round corrugated sheaths are the primary cylindrical cover around prestressing tendons. Published internal/external diameter pairs, steel thicknesses and weights per metre are listed from manufacturer data.
Flat sheaths are used where structural depth or tendon layout makes a round section impractical. DUSO flat sizes are produced from defined round diameters; sleeve and process selection still refer to the round origin.
Diameter follows the tendon system, strand count, grouting requirements and the project specification. This website does not replace structural design; send the tendon datasheet with your quotation request.

When transport volume, programme or remote location make factory supply impractical, the machine goes to site and sheaths are produced on the project.

Published steel thicknesses are 0.40 / 0.45 / 0.50 / 0.60 mm. Weight per metre is listed with size and thickness.
